Yoga Teacher | Sound Bath | Chakra Balance

 Hello beautiful souls! I'm Jenny Gibbs, owner of Joyful Rose. 

As a 500-hour registered yoga teacher, I've dedicated myself to the transformative art of yoga. My journey extends beyond the physical postures—I believe in using Chakra energy as a tool for both physical and emotional healing. You can find me sharing these practices of self-discovery each week at the Cross Timbers YMCA in Flower Mound. It's my privilege to create spaces where individuals can reconnect with their true selves. 

In my classes, I don't just teach yoga—I orchestrate an experience. Sound is a powerful conductor in this symphony of self-discovery, and as a certified sound bath practitioner, I use its gentle notes to enhance the meditative state. Additionally, I incorporate the aromatic essence of essential oils to enliven and engage the senses of my students. One of my guiding principles is that the practice should fit your body, not the other way around. I encourage everyone to embrace the uniqueness of their journey and find what feels right for them.

Beyond the mat, I enjoy crafts & gardening, laughing and playing with my family, losing myself in a good book, and spending time with an uplifting group of women. These simple pleasures recharge my spirit.
